How Stalwart IT collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

1. Introduction

Stalwart IT ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through stalwartit.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

  • Information you provide through our contact / free-checkup form: your name, email address, phone number, company, and any message you send.
  • Questions you type into our optional AI assistant chat.
  • Standard analytics collected automatically — such as pages viewed, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location — through Google Analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or IT & security checkup.
  • Contact you about our services when you've asked us to.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Keep business records and comply with legal obligations.

4. How your information is stored & shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Lead form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and a notification is emailed to our team via Resend.
  • Our AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's API; the messages you send to it are processed to generate a reply.
  • Website analytics are processed by Google (Google Analytics).

5. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights & choices

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing kevin@stalwartit.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — such as encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
